It is looking for young and aspiring leaders who can shape and execute the firm’s long term goals and share in its success.

• This includes administering the social media, guerilla marketing and direct marketing campaigns and devising new ways of reaching the target segments.
• The individual will need to maximize coverage of each of the platforms / event that the company undertakes through utilization of all platforms / databases available to the company. 
• The individual will also need to find ways to maximize visibility for the company and thereby enhance the number of subscribers that the company can target.
• The individual is expected to take a leadership position and serve as a mentor for other junior resources.
• The individual is expected to display initiative, determination and grit to be able to perform all necessary tasks related to the role. 
• The individual is expected to support the preparation of pitch decks and presentations for a wide range of initiatives as the lead front line staff promoting the company’s services to senior decision makers.

Desired Skills and Experience

• The individual should be suitably qualified with a Bachelors degree, and a Masters degree is a plus but not mandatory
• The individual should demonstrate the potential or a proven track record to deliver marketing strategies from end to end.
• The individual should have some relevant marketing experience of managing some or all elements of a marketing mix (but this is not mandatory).
• The individual needs to demonstrate from previous work experience an ability to take initiative and do things outside of constraints and deliver on their goals and objectives. 
• The individual needs to demonstrate strong competency and experience to work with powerpoint with the ability to provide structured proposals and visualize key messages for pitching to potential clients.
