Job Objective:
Assist and support the Head of Cards in executing the strategy and growth plan to ensure the Bank will achieve its strategic goals
Job Description:
Business Strategy:
• Assist in execution and monitoring of Cards Portfolio
• Run specific programs based on the banks customer segmentation policy (Product Upgrades / Credit Limit Increase/Credit Limit Decrease etc)
• Sales of ENR products – Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, Dialer Cheques, and Instalments plans
• Ensure maximum activations across all card products
• Manage customers after sales service requests.
• Manage the complete Voluntary Attrition for credit & charge cards
P&L Management:
• Identify and implement revenue generation portfolio initiatives to achieve the financial targets
• Execute programs to achieve substantial growth in cards spends across all products
Compliance with Sharia / L&C Requirements:
• Ensure all customer transaction documents required by Business are duly approved by both Legal and Compliance maintain record thereof
• Ensure all customer communication is duly approved by Sharia and maintain record thereof
Process Management & Control:
• Analyze process, system, TAT, and documentation improvement opportunities and lead its effective execution
• Coordinate the resolution of process breakdown and policy interpretation related customer issues across all functions
Stakeholder management:
• Coordinate alignment of sales, operations, credit, IT, BPA, Sharia, legal, audit and collections for achievement of Portfolio sales & After Sales Service
