Your role
As a Customer Service Agent - Outbound Telemarketing your main responsibilities will involve
- Increasing telemarketing results by adhering to the use of scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability, greeting, diction, listening, phone etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, and courteous close of call.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
As a Customer Service Agent - Outbound Telemarketing your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Practical & relevant experience of telemarketing & customer service in call centre environment.
- Minimum of 2 years in a call centre role.
- Knowledge & experience of working in the Middle East region will be a distinct advantage.
