Job description
Our
client is a well established technology consultancy and we are
recruiting an IT Business Analyst to be part of the client servicing
team that establishes the clients' need and issues and manages the
internal processes.
Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:
2 - 3 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst in the UAE or Gulf region
Must be living in the UAE
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Fluent in English
Responsibilities
Establish a deep understanding of the client’s needs, issues and resolve those as effectively as possible
Conducting in-depth interviews with the stakeholders to gather information and develop reports, presentations and documents based on the findings
Preparation and delivery of client workshops
Writing meeting minutes and action plans

Knowledge of strategy development is an advantage
Experience of business process design and organizational structural awareness
Statistical modelling and quantitative analysis is required
Project Management software experience such as MS Project or Visio is required
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English and Arabic
Aged between 25 – 30 years
Living in the UAE
Confident with an outgoing personality
Education
Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Information Technology or MIS
