Job description
CRM Project Manager is responsible to implement / support the CRM projects based on best practice & industry standard.
Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the end to end delivery of CRM projects ensuring of time, cost and quality.
- Manage multiple projects across the different delivery units within IT and vendor.
- Manage project finances
- Manage stakeholders within IT and all business units.
- Manage vendors engaged for CRM projects.
- Ensure Quality implementation into Production.
- Ensure SLA’s agreed with business are met.
- Ensure operational documentation for CRM including operations, user guide, etc is up to date.
- Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
- Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Functional & Technical Knowledge of Siebel CRM with Banking experience
- Excellent knowledge of Siebel OOB functionalities for Siebel Financials and call center modules
- Excellent knowledge of Siebel Activity management
- Excellent knowledge of Siebel Campaign management
- Excellent knowledge of Siebel Service Request management
- Good knowledge of Financial Account management
- Ability to map business requirement with Siebel OOB functionalities
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure, Network, Firewalls, load balancing and monitoring tools
- Over 8 years of experience with 5+ years of Project Management experience
3-5 years of end-to-end large scale Siebel implementation experience of 1000+ user base
