Project Manager – E- Banking channels (Western , Eastern Eurpoean or Arab Nationals only)

Leading local bank - Dubai

Project managers are responsible for delivery of projects and changes assigned to them by domain managers and ongoing support for these applications. This includes planning, facilitating the approval processes, communication with project boards and reporting to PMO and IT Management.
Project managers will ensure smooth coordination within various teams in Group IT in order to deliver quality solutions within agreed timelines and cost.
This role will ensure that project and change management processes are carried out in alignment with the governance processes such as use of EPM, project management methodologies etc.
This role is also responsible for maintaining production systems to the SLA targets for availability, incident response and resolution and reduction of incidents through problem management.

Minimum 6 years thorough experience in implementing full life cycle of a project.
Managing multiple project teams.
Programming knowledge (desirable).
Good understanding of the high level technical application architecture and design.
Good understanding to the technical application security, compliance and Audit requirements
Having thorough experience in Corporate internet portals for handling payments, collections and its integration with respective core applications like UAEFTS, WPS, ICCS and Finacle via middleware TIBCO. Functional knowledge on the above will be an added advantage.
Experience on Trade Finance and Factoring Product
Technical – Weblogic, Java, Oracle DB and PL/SQL
